Product Introduction:           
SNWI The Chlamydia Rapid Test (Swab/Urine) is a rapid visual immunoassay for the qualitative presumptive detection of Chlamydia trachomatis in female cervical swab, male urethral swab and male urine specimens. This kit is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of Chlamydia infection.This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 15-20 minutes. Test results are read visually without any instrument.
Features:
REAGENT PREPARATION AND STORAGE of  Chlamydia rapid test kit
Store at any temperature between 4-30ºC. 
Store the test kit as packaged in the sealed pouch at room temperature. The test device is stable through the expiration date, and must be remained in the sealed pouch until use.
The buffer should be stored at  2-30ºC. Do not freeze. Do not use beyond the expiration date.  
Specimen collection of  Chlamydia rapid test kit
Specimen can be whole blood or serum or plasma.
Seperate the serum or plasma from blood as soon as possible to avoid hemolysis. 
Testing should be performed immediately after the specimens have been collected. 
How to read the result of  Chlamydia rapid test kit
>1. Negative: Only one pink band appears on test region of the Cassette. This indicates that there is no detectable anti-TP in the whole blood.
>2. Positive: Two pink bands appear on test region of the Cassette. This indicates that the specimen contains detectable amount of anti-TP.
>3. Invalid: If without colored band appears on test region, this is an indication of a possible error in performing the test. The test should be repeated using a new device. The test should be repeated by using a new device.
 WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS FOR Using Chlamydia rapid test kit
≡1. The test should be used only for in vitro use only.
≡2. The test will only indicate the presence of antigen to Chlamydia in the specimen and should not be used as the sole criteria for the diagnosis of  Chlamydia infections. 
≡3. For confirmation, further analysis of the specimens should be performed. 
≡4. If the test result is negative and clinical symptoms persist, additional follow-up tests using other clinical methods are recommended.

Directions for Use : 
TEST PROCEDURE
1. To begin testing; open the sealed pouch by tearing along the notch.. Remove the test form the pouch.
2. lay the cassette flat on a clean, dry, nonabsorbent surface ,draw about 30ul whole blood into the sample pad.
3. Then draw one drop of Sodium Chloride(about 20ul)into the sample well as well.
4. Wait for colored bands to appear.Read results within 15 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes
For Whole Blood specimen: 
1) Dispense 1 drops of Whole Blood specimen to the "s" well of the test card with the provided plastic dropper according to the figure. 
2) Add 1 or 2 drops of Sample Diluent to the sample well, immediately after the specimen is added, from the dropper tip diluent vial (or all contents from the single test ampule).
3) Interpret test results in 15 minutes. 
For serum or plasma specimens:
1) Dispense 2 or 3 drops (100 μl) of serum/plasma specimen to the "s" well of the test card with the provided plastic dropper according to the figure
2) start the timer and wait for the colored line(s) to appear.
3) Interpret test results in 15 minute.
